Refer a Friend and Get $25 Promotion

• Information on how to enter and details of the $25 incentives (defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who are current Reflections Rewards Club Members.
• Existing members who refer the rewards club membership to friends and family will be described in these Terms and Conditions as ‘Referrers’. Participants who register with the Reflections Rewards Club by being invited by an eligible referrer will be described in these Terms and Conditions as a ‘Invitee’.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to earn $25 incentives.
• Promotion commences at 12:00pm AEST on Thursday, 18/1/2024 and ends at the sole discretion of Reflections Holidays (known as the Promotional Period).
• As part of this Promotion, an individual Referrer can earn credit by referring up to 10 Invitees who join the Reflections Rewards Club as new members.
• Referrers will receive a $25 credit in their account for each Invitee who joins from their referral (hereafter known as ‘Incentives’).
• Total credit that can be received by a Referrer as part of this Promotion is capped at $250, also described as 10 Invitees.
• Invitees joining as part of this Promotion must not be existing Reflections Rewards Club members.
• The promotion can be ceased at the sole discretion of Reflections Holidays at any time deemed necessary by Reflections Holidays.
• To take part in this promotion, Referrers must be a current Reflections Rewards Club Member and use their unique referral link when referring Invitees. $25 credit will only be applied if new Invitees sign up with a unique link sent to each Referrer.
• A legitimate and active email address and phone number must be used when Invitees sign up to become a new Member. Email addresses and phone numbers must belong to the Invitee and must be an email and phone number that is regularly used by the Invitee. The creation of new email addresses or new phone numbers specifically made to ‘game’ this promotion will disqualify the Referee from receiving any Incentive and will result in the closure of any newly created guest accounts. $25 credits will also be removed from these fake ‘Invitee’ accounts.
• Credit received as part of this Promotion expires 12 months after the date applied to a Rewards Club Member's account.
• Credit will be applied to a Referrer's account up to three months after a Referrers Invitee joins the Reflections Reward's Club.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry/promotion process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
• All other costs associated with the Promotion will be the responsibility of the Promotion recipients.
• Incentives applied as part of this promotion, or any unused portion of the Incentives, is not transferable to another guest account, is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or exchanged for cash.
• The Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded.
• The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and will handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy here. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
