Stuart Town Historic Town Walk

Stuart Town was originally called Ironbarks, the village Banjo Paterson used for his poem, 'Man from Ironbark'. The Historic Town Walk encompasses the Open Air Museum, Railway Station, Bicentennial Rock, Cobbler's Cottage, the Ironbark Inn and much, much more! Pop into the Rural Transaction Centre for a detailed map and further information. The Historical Walking Tour/Heritage Drive brochures are also available as well as the Tourist Drive 5 at the Wellington Visitor Information Centre.
