Sprout Eden, the daily version of the Nethercote Seasonal Produce Market in town, is a proud purveyor of the best that local producers have to offer, including artisan smoked fish, free-range eggs, dairy and specialty loaves of bread, together with nuts, pickles, jams, relishes and an organic skin-care range.
Seasonal fruit and vegetables are brought in daily from local farms and gardens for sale and used extensively by the Sprout kitchen and other local artisan food items feature in the delicious menu. Meals are available to eat in or be taken away and cater to a wide range of dietary needs, especially gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan. Sprout Eden uses outstanding Hitman coffee from Canberra-based Ona Coffee.
Phone orders can be made, and Sprout Eden is happy to discuss catering requests. Open Mon to Sat and most public holidays from 8 am till 2 pm.
