- Blackout dates for all parks:
- 29 Mar – 01 Apr 2024,
- 25 – 27 Apr 2024,
- 7 – 10 Jun 2024 (all long weekends, plus the April weekend QLD/VIC/NSW hols overlap)
- Park-specific blackout dates:
- Terrace Reserve & Massy Greene & Evans Head: 2 – 6 Apr (first week of QLD hols, immediately after Easter)
- Byron: 2 – 20 Apr (QLD hols, immediately after Easter)
- Jimmys Beach: 12 – 27 Apr (NSW hols)

- Guests simply need to mention they are a Rewards Member when booking via phone or upon check-in to receive the 10% discount.
