What should I bring for my stay?

Preparing for a holiday can be a massive journey in itself, at Reflections Holiday Parks our aim is to ensure guests are as well equipped as possible before hitting the open road.

If you’re planning a stay in one of our cabins or beach tents we have many of the essentials covered, with linen, towels and kitchenware all provided. All you’ll need is some delicious treats, some comfy clothes, good company and a thirst for adventure.

We recommend packing a torch and spare batteries, your trusty first aid kit, plenty of insect repellant, sun screen and hats to keep you sun safe and rubbish bags to keep the park tidy for the next guests on your site.

Oh, and don’t forget the tent pegs too!!

Is Reflections Hawks Nest Holiday Park dog-friendly?

Hawks Nest Holiday Park is dog-friendly all year round on all sites and selected dog-friendly cabins. Up to 2 dogs can be booked online, by phone, or in park.

What is in the camp kitchen?

Located near the park entrance, the camp kitchen, with its great community atmosphere, provides an undercover area for you to cook, relax and meet other guests. Although you will need to bring your own essentials, the camp kitchen has all the basics with a fridge/freezer, stand alone stove, sandwich press, microwave and toaster. There is a second undercover BBQ area in the centre of the park with BBQ’s and a sink. There are plenty of picnic tables to sit, soak up the scenery and enjoy the natural environment.

Can I bring my own BBQ or fire pit to Reflections Hawks Nest Holiday Park?

Although you can bring your own charcoal or gas BBQ (no wood burning), we do NOT allow camp fires at our park. The communal BBQ’s around the park are a great place to relax with family and friends after an adventure filled day.

How far away is the beach from Reflections Hawks Nest Holiday Park?

Bennetts Beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away. Although you can’t see it, you can definitely hear the roar of the surf. Bennetts Beach is the main beach in Hawks Nest and is a patrolled surf beach. Bring the surfboards for an early morning paddle to get the day started! The dog is welcome too, just north of the golf course! If bigger waves are not your vibe, take a walk down the beach to Jimmys Beach (bay beach).

What other activities are there at Reflections Hawks Nest Holiday Park?

If the kids are not yet exhausted discovering the natural environment and beach, there is playground just outside the park entrance. Feel free to bring your own push bikes and if they still have some energy left, let them have ago in one of our peddle cars (available for hire from reception). The golf course is accessible from the park. Bring the golf clubs for a great walk in the sunshine. The park is short stroll to local shops, cafes and bar.

What facilities are available at Reflections Hawks Nest Holiday Park?

Our conveniently located amenities have all the required facilities including a laundry with washers and dryers (tokens available from reception)! There is also an accessible bathroom and a family bathroom.
